bfpeople is based in Derby and works with clients across the UK and internationally. Alongside Derby, we maintain a presence in London, Glasgow, and (most recently) Ayr on Scotland’s West Coast.

Wherever you’re based in the UK, the way we work doesn’t change.  We have the same approach to leadership recruitment, coaching and assessment, whether we meet in person or work remotely, whether you need executive recruitment in Ayr, or team coaching in London.

bfpeople is the sole UK member of TES, a global network of executive search and leadership advisory consultants, with local knowledge and expertise across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the USA and South America.

If you’re looking to hire key talent overseas, this means you don’t have to start from scratch with an unfamiliar firm in an unfamiliar market. Depending on what you need, our partner firms in the relevant region can either lead the search directly, drawing on their own local expertise and networks, or manage the project with bfpeople staying closely involved throughout. Whichever suits the assignment and how hands-on you’d like us to be.

Either way, you get local knowledge on the ground and a single point of continuity back here in the UK.

Most engagements are run around what suits the client – a mix of remote work and/or in-person meetings, wherever you or the role needs.
