I’m seeking someone who can lead a new sales charge for a well-established, award-winning, innovative manufacturer. This is a hands on role and you will look after existing accounts, but will primarily lead on marketing and new business activities aimed at the UK automotive sector, specifically OEMs and 1st tier suppliers.
You’ll need to be well-connected with the target market and should have experience of selling production automation or related systems to the sector. Knowledge of BIW, paint and final assembly is of particular interest.
You’ll need to have sound commercial awareness, able to identify, bid for, and close significant sales opportunities. This will ideally be supported by an appropriate engineering background and/or qualification.
