HR Business Partner – London

Do you have great all-round HR knowledge with experience of creating/building a great working culture?

Can you demonstrate the ability to support directors and managers to create recruitment, learning, and review processes that will enable the planned business growth?

Do you have a focus on employee engagement, retention, and well-being?

I’m looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner who is looking for the opportunity to make their mark in a small, fast-growth, business.

The focus here is on building the business culture and retaining the talented, professional, team. So real experience of engagement, building a positive workplace, and supporting the leadership of the business is needed.

You should have experience in a high-growth business, probably a start-up, and be excited by a busy, fast-moving, work environment. Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation is a must-have. You should be CIPD Level 3 qualified as a minimum.

Experience in a technology or engineering environment, working with professional technical and commercial staff will be really helpful.

This is a real chance to build something, including your reputation. This is a small company but part of a much larger group, so it also offers a long-term career opportunity.

You’ll be in the central London office 2-4 days a week, depending on requirements. You should currently live close enough to London to make this work for you and the company.
