I’m looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, individual with an in-depth knowledge of the wholesale, cash and carry, and convenience stores market.

The company is a worldwide brand, operating in over 100 countries, with a small design-led product range and an enviable reputation for quality and customer service.

Currently, UK sales are managed from overseas, with only administration and logistics staff based here. This role will give you the opportunity to lead the direct sales effort and to play an important part in the growth of the UK business.

You could come from a range of backgrounds, but you will be able to demonstrate the following key things:

  • the ability to create and deliver a sales strategy
  • deep network and great relationships in the major and independent wholesalers, cash and carry, and convenience stores sectors
  • strong commercial and financial awareness
  • an understanding of where to focus efforts for maximum returns
  • a team player, able to lead and motivate a small multi-disciplinary team
  • the resilience and determination to follow through to achieve targets and growth
  • the ability to be a great brand ambassador – someone who will inspire and enthuse staff, customers, and prospects alike

You might already be selling products to this market, or you might be connected to it in some other way but have the commercial knowledge and contacts to make this work. Either way, you will be excited by the start-up nature of this role and the change to build your own team, but also enjoy the support and reputation of this long-established, recognised, brand.

Because we want you to build a team it expected that you will work in the office (West London) for around half of the week – the rest of the time likely spent with customers. So good access to the office base is required.

There is no doubt that this presents a good career opportunity for the right person. Could it be you?

To apply, complete the form below and we’ll be in contact quickly.
